Utter Chaos’ looking weird

I bought this Utter Chaos polyp back in March and since then it has bloomed ~8 new heads, but it looks like a completely different zoa now. It is so much smaller than other photos of UC zoas I have seen as well.

Any idea what could be causing this?

• Temp: 77
• Alk: 7.2
• Calc: 420
• Mg: 1320
• Nitrate: 0 (but decent amount of algae? Only 1-2 snails for CuC)

That most definitely looks like all other UC I’ve seen. Looks great to me.

Yeah, I’ve changed the lighting intensity a few times (upwards). Unfortunately, haven’t been able to test PAR yet. My sps is doing well, but i guess my UCs could be getting blasted.

I did also start dosing over the last few weeks, but I think this has been going on for longer. Increased the alk by like 3dkh over 2 weeks.

Well I think everything is responding well to the changes. The polyps aren't closed up, I think they look great IMO.

Those skirts are super bright! I love it!

My UCs seem to grow denser than a few other zoas too if that's what you're concerned about.
