UV questions with lighting.

The future home of my nano is near my desk where I spend a considerable amount of time running an online business. I've had issues in the past with LED plant lights crisping me up, and I'm also very much not a fan of that particular neon UV shade. In short: I'd prefer no UV, if possible.

With smaller lights will the lens throw wide enough for that to be a concern for 'sunburn', or am I good there? Are there any nano lights that either don't have a UV bead, or that can have that turned off somehow in the settings for the light so I don't have to see it all day?

I will not use an app, because I am mean and old and set in my ways.

More manuf. have been adding like 365-395nm.
Some have 400nm, 1/2 UV.
UV-A:

Wavelength: 315-400 nm (or 320-400 nm in some definitions).

There are none w) uv-b afaict.

Well first it's best to give rank dimensions and what you plan on raising

No larger than something around the footprint of a 10gl standard any time in the next few years. Far more likely to be a standard 5.5gl. As far as plans: I generally shoot somewhere in the "softies and LPS" range, as the only SPS I really like are montipora, which I know are on the lower end for requirements anyways. I do shop "reclaims"/damaged because no one else wants them, so I try to roll with what comes up.

That Smatfarm light is very nice. I like that it has what seem to be very reasonable channels, and full dimming. I wish more lights had separate, functional, controllers versus the little in line units. Might be a bit more wattage than I can make use of, but does leave the option for upgrading later on.

Whether they're "actually" using UV diodes, they do certainly claim it, and they do have that hue to them that suggests it's probably as-advertised. It does seem like a very quick way to get really outrageous pop out of a coral's colors, that's for sure.

Checking out the smatfarm also lead me to the hipargero A036, which is likely more geared toward softies, has two channels, and only drops into the 420nm range. It's likely right in the color range I enjoy (crispy and cool, but not neon blue). It lacks the nice controller, though.

I'm well aware my distaste for the UV look (and uncomfortable incidents with violently pink house plant lights) are likely an outlier, but I do appreciate the assistance! Any other examples are appreciated as well.

Not to try to " sell" the Smatfarm but ch 3 is the only " purple" so if dimmed to zero you won't have any. And the warm white is the only red so less blue/ red " burple" color.

The Popbloom RS90 maybe.
*RS* is the old controller based one. RL has a phone app.
Nicrew Nava 65. Some on board control. Full controller is extra.

I'd chk the spectrums though.
