V2 ilumenair app problem

Can anyone help please,,, just bought the v2 ilumenair 1200 , the problem is connecting through the app. I get it connected then you go to WiFi settings on the app to search for you router but nothing happens, making this light system useless.. Any suggestions would be grateful

You must to to setup on your phone and go on WiFi on your phone and connect to the v2. Then you go inside the app and you are connected

I'm having the same issue, I connect to the lights WiFi tgen go into the app but I can't connect to my Internet through the app
