I went on vacation for a week and came back to see my Anemone to look funny. Light may have not been working family fed them what do I do?

Looks like he’s moving to me. I think he would have done that wether or not you were on vacation.
 
Your tank looks way to new for nems. All you can do is wait and watch. And stop feeding until it’s healthy. In my opinion.
 
Mine starts too look like that when the tank temperature gets too high . Like it starts to melt . Once I cooled the tank down he perked back up and pulled himself back together . I like to keep my tank at 77°
I occasionally have to position a fan on the tank on really hot days
 
How long has your tank been up & running? And what's current parameters? (PH,Alk,Cal,Mag & SG)

I’ve kept nems in a tank that hasn’t even been cycled yet, also tanks that have cycled in 2 weeks don’t think it’s about how new your tank is.
 
You could just pick it up and gently place it in a spot where you want/or think it will stay.
 
Not looking good. I would not recommend moving it around. Just closely observe it for a bit and see which way it heads.
