Aquanix Cool Green Flakes, Piscine or similar pellets soaked in selcon a few times a week and hand feed the spotted grouper sinking wafers. That's it. No need for frozen, IMO. Fish and SPS/LPS are healthy and colorful. I stay more consistent, if I keep things simple and affordable.

I feed my fish twice a day alternating, TDO pellets, flake, LRS fish frenzy, mysis, brine and R.O.E. Twice a week the corals get AB+ and reef chili. The tank also gets dosed with phytoplankton twice a week.
