Vectra Rust

    Is this normal wear for a vectra? Pump is 2.5 years old and was run internally on a constant speed.

    How often would you clean it? That looks like normal calcification and bio build up.

    Thanks! It has been a while since last cleaning. I had it soaking in vinegar overnight, but it was closed. Will keep it open and soak again and see what happens.

    rust, melted casing, pretty normal. They'll say its water damage and offer to sell you a new one.
