Sounds like a good task to start in the morning do you recommend doing it all at once and setting the rock in a bucket with water from the tankNo known predators for these buggers. When I find them I pull the rock out of the tank and scrape them off the rock into the trash can. It’s a lot of work at this stage but the only way factually that works.
I apologize responding in the wrong place but I shall cut back my feeding thanks so much for knowledgeWelcome to R2R!#WelcometoR2R
Normally when you just have a couple, putting a dab of superglue on the end of the tube would starve them out, being that you have so many, I would cut back a little on feeding. These guys tend to regulate their numbers based off how much excess food is in the tank. The more food the more they reproduce. Cut back on feeding and starve them out
Yes! they are not a favorite at all!! But I will seek to rid as many as possible thanks for the adviceWelcome NI I hate these vermitids also. they are a bugger to remove & never get them all. Crabs is right about not overfeeding the tank.
good luck !
Crush them all!!! Thanks for the welcome.I smash them when I can get to them. Welcome to reef2reef.
Ok that's good to know does the worm normally come outgorra get them off right at the rock. I use a hammer & chisel to knock them off .
