'Vert version of new Camaro coming!

The Camaro is due to be re-released in 2009, with this convertible slated for 2010. :)

Wooooowwwwwww! I'd look some hot in that car!!! I'll have to note it for my mid life crisis... I liked the Thunderbird when it was rereleased. The Charger comes out this year and the Challenger next year, right?

Never liked ford myself, The 5.slow never could keep up with a 71 delta 88 with 455 rocket. LOL That boat would embarrass alot of stangs, and it was an old mans car. LOL
The camaro looks pretty dang sweet. I am going to have that one day!!

I have a 73 Z-28 restoring right now.The motor is far from stock .Looks like we should get about 6-7 miles to a gallon.Yep it will look good in the garage LOL

I think the concept car looks better then the one they are going to produce.....Still sweet though. The Challenger is the baddest of all the retros as far as I'm concerned. I do really like the New Ford Intercepter concept car.....That is pretty sweet looking too.

Hell at this rate we can have all the updated muscle cars that Our parents used to ride in.....I think that is what the American car industry needed. Those rice burners can't compete with the coolness of the retro American muscle.

Ya, that Challenger is sweet too. Very true to the '71 model they patterned it after.

I dont think we'll see a T/A anytime soon. :(

ZEP, Have you ever driven a VIPER?
I drove a 2000 750hp GTSR! Did 130mph in 3rd gear and ran out of room. Guy said it would do 225mph on oval track. I've raced alot of old school w/superchargers and nitrous and that Viper was the best. 130mph and could still turn and brake!

I think the only thing better is all-wheel drive twin turbo Porsche. Corners at 105mph!!!

Nope, haven't driven one yet. I'm seriously looking at picking up a used one in the next couple years. See how it goes. I'm driving an '04 Cadillac CTS-V with the 400 hp LS-6, and love it, except for the sedan feel. I need to get back to a sports car. :)

I have a 1970 LTD w/390. It gets about 12 mpg! What I love about the car is it is a 2-dr boat that has the shift points set at 45mph/85mph. There is nothing like doing 70, hammering it and hearing the secondaries roar thru the duals and then shift up just under 90 and watch the speedo bury to the bottom of the dash! I want to rebuild the engine and drop into a 69' fairlane!
