Vertex Aquaristik Customer Support

Hi, has anyone had any issues with Vertex customer support? I have a skimmer that broke and have been trying to contact them by phone and email, but have not been able to reach anyone. I am just wondering if there is a different way that I can reach out to them to try and get a pump replaced or possibly fixed. Does anyone know them or know of a better contact to reach them? Any help would be wonderful.
