Very disappointed With/ AA

So disappointed that i have been trying to get a hold of Artfully Acrylic for about a week now and nobody has returned my calls or e-mails. I used the contact form on their website. Even though I don't want to, I am close to looking at other alternatives to a reefer 350 lid.

Hondo, apologies for the difficulty. Looking at our website inquiries I do not see any lid based inquiries older than yesterday that have not been responded to.

We have a new full time staff member, added to staff almost a month ago now, responding only to emails, web requests, etc so your inquiry shouldn't have gone missed or unanswered. This was indeed an issue in recent months as we became overloaded through holiday orders and became understaffed. It is possible their response has been filed in your junk mail folder.
