Very small, smooth worm

I found this skinny worm crawling on the glass - it's very small, between 2 and 4 mm depending on how it's stretching. Pretty tough to get a good photo of, but these show it reasonably clearly. Any help with an ID?

My best guess is some nematode, but I haven't been able to find a photo of any that look exactly like this.
