Viparspectra 165s over lowboy frag

Hey all, Just getting my new frag tank cycled, I have two of these 165w, I plan on putting them 20 to 24 in over the water.

Anyone have an idea on roughly what to run the blue and whites at over a 10"deep tank so I don't fry anything?

Don't currently have a par meter available unfortunately.

I have these lights over a 75 and not a frag tank so I am extrapolating a bit, but I would start at 3/30 and adjust from there. Good luck with the new tank!

Thank you, I'll definitely start from there, I heard these can be par laser beams if you're not careful!

What is 3/30? 3% and 30%. I have one coming in a heard they only increase by 10%

3 is the setting for the white channel and 30 is the setting for the blue channel. These are starting point settings that are a proposed baseline.
