I have a question, the timer isn't working correctly, it lets me configure the two channels and the time, but when I set it the time doesn't advance, what could it be?

I have a question, the timer isn't working correctly, it lets me configure the two channels and the time, but when I set it the time doesn't advance, what could it be?

if you are 100% sure you have the actual time set in the H-SE menu and then have programmed each channels intensity and respective on and off times, I would email viparspectra support. Is this a used fixture? Has it ever worked before?
