Viperspectra settings

I know I know this has been asked but everyone’s tank varies. Just picked up two viperspectra 165w lights for a 48” long 55 gallon tank, they will be ceiling mounted. I will attach a photo of the tank current just have a bubble tip and a LTA but plan on starting to add the basic beginner corals something where I don’t need dosing. What do you all recommend for height above tank, white and blue settings and for how long? Thank you

Ps I most likely will be adding a bit more live rock
