Which vitamin supplement should I be using to feed my fish. I have a frostbite clownfish and a purple fire goby.

Also is there one I should avoid?

With Quality food you shouldn't have to supplement the diet with vitamins. I make my own but if I didnt I would be using LRS foods.

I am currently feeding frozen mysis shrimp and dried brine shrimp. I am not sure of the brand. Is frozen considered quality food? I just want to take the best care I can. I appreciate the advice.

A variety diet is best. The lrs food has all kinds of variety.

I use Brightwell's Vitamin M, i saw a video a few years ago, (I believe was WWC's) they add them to there mixture. I do this plus garlic everytime I get new fish or coral. I feel the garlic helps boost the immune system (same video)

Like Sfun52 said most hight quality foods are all you need. I use Piscine; PE Mysis & Brine

This is what my lfs has. I cannot travel to get lrs food for 2 weeks. Is this food ok or should i be supplementing?

That is a very good line, next time there pick up a few other options or gets some pellets as well. More variety the better.
