I have just recieved an order from Vivid Aquarium. I order a Sebae Anemone.
FEDEX delayed my package due to a storm. So the nem arrive 1 day later.
I contacted Vivid right away when I know the shipment is delayed. I was told that I would recieve a new one with no charge.
That is the + for the service. They take care of the customer very good.
Minus point:
One thing makes me disappointed when I open the box. NO HEAT PACK. I thought the nem could survive if there is heat pack.
**I did put a NOTE: “Please add in some heat pack because the weather is about 30 degree in Minnesota”**
And still no heat pack :(
As Fedex told me the package was sitting in the container outside the facility for whole night (30degree)
Feels bad for the nem
