Can the vortech controller work with the Quiet Drive vortech pumps? The instructional videos that have been referenced that show getting the pumps ready to be controlled by the GHL vortech controller all are the older white controller version of the EcoTech. When I try to get my quiet drive to blink yellow and blue it just goes to green no matter what I do, hard reset, soft reset...always goes to green, not yellow and blue when following the instructions.

The vortech can control the QD pumps without any issues, here mine controlling one. When did you buy the pumps and what firmware version is your pumps on?

I have 4 running off one tank all QD and I have 2 off the other tank on another P4 without any issues.

Make sure you hard reset the pump first, before attempting to pair also.

I also have 4 being controlled by my P4. Like Ditto said, be sure you hard reset them first and follow the video to the "T".
Also if you have already tried, I would be sure you delete and pump assignments either in GCC or myGHL first.

It’s not a newer pump, just regular old (2017) Quiet drive MP40’s. I followed the video to a “T”. I have no pumps assigned in GCC. The issue is getting the vortech to blink blue and yellow as stated in my post. Did a soft reset as well as hard reset as stated in my post. Tried both MP40’s and they both react the same. On the short press of the set button it just goes to green, not blue and yellow. I’m waiting on a response from EcoTech as well. I can’t believe both EcoTech controllers would be bad.

Had exactly the sale problem couldn’t get the blue and yellow. Bought used and previous owner said working OK but now in GHL Germany for testing and possible repair. Suggesting maybe RF chip. Using MP10’s from 2018. Been in touch with Ecotech Support complete waste of time and not interested said contact GHL

Were you able to ever pair the Mp10 together as a master slave configuration? Are you sure they have the RF chips inside the units?

There a W in the upper right corner of the mp10 controller does it light up?

Have you ever upgraded the firmware on the devices? Do you know what firmware is on the MP10?
