So you read that tittle right my vortech wet side is spinning when its tuned on any ideas gur\ys and gals whats wrong?

When this happens, I usually fix it by cleaning the glass where the pump was sitting. It helps to give the back of the wet side a little scrub too.

I have two wet sides. I swap the dirty one with the clean one when needed. sometimes, the clean one does this a few times before sitting there. I dunno really what causes this but I would do what cparka23 suggested above. I normally monitor the new install run for a good 10-15 mins before leaving it. once settled, it normally sits there until I replace it again. good luck.

It's could be an issue with the clearance between the drive shaft and bearing, in which you'll need to contact support...

Yep mine did this, called ecotech and they sent me a new bearing and it fixed the issue

Is the bearing on the wetside fully seated in the base? If it's not properly seated the pump won't perform properly. Sometimes it looks like it's in position, but really needs to get pushed into the hole further.

I have three wet sides and two dry sides but i whiped off the wet side and it started working fine thanks guys.
