Vortech wave?

Has anyone been successful with getting wave action in a tank with a vortech on each end? I've tried the pulse modes but just can't dial it in. The tanks ive seen do it only have 1 vortech.

Yeah that's what mine are on now. I was wanting that back and forth motion on my corals though.

If you don't line them exactly across from each other that may help. Also contact Eco-tec & see if they can give you some other ideas. their usually pretty helpful.

Won’t ever look like the ocean .... if that’s what you going for. Sped up version perhaps.

I recently found out about this. Both pumps need to be in master/slave mode. Be very careful though. If you wait too long the water will slosh out of the tank.
