So the title should have been “weird diamond goby behavior” but my phone has to change it for some reason to wurd...not even sure what that is.

My diamond goby has been acting a little weird this morning. He’ll sift some sand then swim immediately to the top as if to take a breath of air. None of the other fish are acting strange just this guy. Our water seems to have enough break up at the top so I don’t believe it’s oxygen related but I am new to saltwater so it might be. Any ideas as to what’s happening?
One video shows what he’s doing, the other shows the top of my water.

Videos aren't playing for me ... (I usually upload mine to YouTube and link from there. Old-school.)

My orange diamond has been pretty cool, but I tried to acclimate a couple of Ward's gobies (same genus), and would always find them on the floor within a few days. These guys know how to jump.
