I sent money through paypal for a Litermeter III that he had posted for sale (he actually posted that he had multiples for sale). He promised to ship multiple times and never emailed a tracking number. He also sent multiple excuses as to why he hadn't shipped yet, everything from "I work 10 hour days", "I'm getting you new tubing for it", "I sent it in to SpectraPure to have it looked over", etc... He then promised a refund, which he never did either. I finally had to file a dispute with paypal to get my money back. He asked me to pay as a gift too, which I refused to do. This isn't his first attempt to scam either. Here's another R2R post of his that the Mods actually removed.

It sounds like he's actually trying to do some quick flipping on products so you don't exactly know what you're getting, if you even get it at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOWLIFE.
