This is more of the style I would go with, it is also a lot more reliable than plastic. It will screw right onto your Spicket valve that you hook your washer hose to.

They didn’t have this at my Home Depot. Is there a good place to order it from and is this normal size I would need?

Decided to resurrect thread rather than make a new one (thanks @Travis Stewart and all the posters; it's informative for a RODI ignoramus like myself).

What did you use in the end? I would need these?

Also, if I have the following connection on my RODI system, can I connect it to my washing machine input/output line? Or will I need a different adaptor?

Your washing machine connection will have hose thread, the same thread your garden hose uses, the adapter you have looks like it's for a faucet like you would have on your kitchen sink. You will need the splitter you linked above and one of these
