Washing filter socks

Is it ok to wash filter socks in the washing machine with normal soap pods?

It's good to wash them. Just make sure to NOT use soap. Any leftover scents or soap can leech into the water over time.

Yep! A lot of people will wash them in a washing machine. Just do a water only wash

Water only with a small amount of bleach.

I run a rinse cycle to wash out any residual soap in machine. then normal cycle water only with socks in a garment bag. after I'm done with all the socks, I run a tub clean cycle/sanitizer so spouse does not get mad. I have not felt the need to clean these socks with anything else yet and have held up for 2 years now. I just have enough socks that I only do this once a month.
