Watchman Goby/Pistol Shrimp

Hey everyone,
I currently have a candy stripe pistol shrimp and was looking to get a goby for him. My only problem is that I have no clue where the shrimp is. If I get a goby, will he find my pistol shrimp and hopefully get him to come out more?
