More detailed:
For those who use 5 gallon round or similar bottles, these stacker gadgets will cut floor space in half when you are saving empty bottles. The stl is two horizonal halves that you glue together; this keeps the grain/threads running lengthwise for more strength, compared to if you printed one piece vertically. I used:
0.8mm nozzle
0.5mm layer height
2 wall loops
20% infill
2 top shell layers (this becomes the outside of the thing)
1 bottom shell layer (this becomes the inside of the thing after you glue it together)
PETG with pvc cement works great.
I don't post on maker sites, so I put the file on my site:
https://www.algaescrubber.net/water-bottle-stacker.stl
It is scaled up 100 times, so reduce it to 1 percent scale. And if you want to use a 0.4mm nozzle, try:
0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm layer height
4 wall loops
20% infill
4 top shell layers (this becomes the outside of the thing)
2 bottom shell layer (this becomes the inside of the thing after you glue it together)
