water loss?

Im curious how much water loss you guys are getting from evaporation. I am loosing aprox 2-2.5g a day and my temperature is only 75F..

I have a 75 DT 30 sump, w/canopy. I go through about 2 gal/day. My tank is 79 F.

I have a 150 with 55 gallon sump and no canopy and lose about 1.5 gallons per day. But it's more humid here in FL, so I guess I lose a little less due to that.

My 90 stays at about 78 degrees, but my 2 150 halides sits maybe 5 inches off the water, and I lose about 2-2.5 gallons a day.

good to hear i am not the only one with bulbs that low, my 175s are the same distance...

Yes, and I just added another 2' x 4' so mine
is going to go up even more this winter.
