Water slime?

So I have no idea what's going on I have bubbles all over the tank and I changed the filter in my sump and it was like slime came off of it. My coral are not doing well at all I'm doing water changes but it doesn't seem to get any better.

I upped the flow a good amount 2 weeks ago thinking the same thing but ot only got worse
