A tank at 90f isnt gonna do too well... if its FOWLER you'd be okay but if you have corals. Id be ready for a die off :(

Thinking same thing about double checking. Is this tank outside in 100+ or a heater stuck on? One of my titanium heater was accidentally plugged in all summer long with no control and temps would get to 84

new tank with live sand, but waiting to put in live rock after temp drops

this was a topic of discussion yesterday. Obtain zip lock bags. You can buy a 30 pack for under $5. Place them in the sump, and use a size that will fit fine and the idea is to rotate them. fill about 5 of them with water and place in freezer. Place one frozen one in sump, allow to melt and lower temp. When it melts, pull a new frozen one from freezer and place melted one back in freezer

Your sand was never live to begin with lol… it’s a gimmick.. they put a touch of bacteria and call it live.. you’ll be fine just let the temp drop… how exactly did it get so hot to begin with?
