Hey all,
Two questions here.
First, the stock waterbox cube 10 pump I see constantly recommended everywhere to upgrade, usually with the sicce syncra nano - including on the waterbox website. I get it if it's for a quieter pump but not sure I understand why that pump is more powerful. The stock pump I got is an ap1000 rated at 600 l/h (or ~158 g/h) while the syncra is 100 g/h. What am I missing here?
Second, looking at the VCA rfg for the cube. Is this potentially adequate for using in place of adding a power head if only doing softies and lps? I see arguments on both sides but with such a small volume and it being a cube shape it seems like it might be enough flow, no?
Thanks!
