I have been doing some research back and forth and am a perplexed on which aquarium to go with. I really have gravitated towards Waterbox but I have little ones in the house and was quite concerned when I read about the shaky Waterbox stands. Does anyone have any experience with the shaky stands swaying back and forth for Waterbox EX 90 or 110? I can't tell if they use the same cabinet as the Waterbox Marine X system, but on the PDF the EX isn't listed. I suppose I could contact them.

I did look through the PDF manual of the marine X and it says that if the stand is shaking back and forth, then it is likely an assembly error. Just looking for some direction here..

You might be surprised at how far out of plane and level many residential floors are!

I have also seen a decent number of assembly error cases…

The simple answer is that an aquarium manufacturer would never ship out a stand that the accompanying tank would crush when filled with water! — any aquarium stand is bearing a substantial amount of water weight, so it does need to be built darn near perfectly square!

I just got a marine x 90.3 and my stand wobbles left to right. Waterbox has "reinforcment kit" which means they know of this issue. Took them three weeks to let me know they lost my reinforcment kit which is why I never got it. I have nothing good to say about waterbox. Should have got a UNS or Cade. Waterbox is garbage and will never get another dolar from me.
