Man I sorry your going through this I had similar issue with my marine X110.4 mine came with a silicone gap in the main display I emailed them as soon as I inspected it and they sent me a replacement soon after. The one they sent me after was flawless. I hope you can resolve this

I did email but they are not able to help in EU... I am getting tired of this. Should be a way of winding down and its the total opposite.
