Good ideal thanksMaybe find a local reef club and see if someone local can take a look?
Are these pictures any better?... The silicone is fine on the inside and outside of the seam... But in the middle Of the silicone there looks like to bare glass showing.... Or missing siliconeWell, one option would be to take their 4 year warranty and then ask an experienced reefer to take a look and perhaps even lay another bead in the suspect areas. But my first inclination would be to demand a new one as well.
But since we can't really see what you're seeing, the support guy could be right and it's not a problem.
Honestly? I still can't see the problem in the pic and have never constructed a tank... so I don't want to give you bad advice. Get a local experienced reefer to take a look. Are these pictures any better?... The silicone is fine on the inside and outside of the seam... I agree with u.... But the seam should be 100% there should not be missing silicone... Trust me I would love to fill itI would think number one if their engineer says its OK then its OK they are the ones who designed and built it. Second if they are offering 4 year warranty obviously they are confident in the integrity of the seam. I would fill it and get started reefing
I would insist on the exchange ,unless they're willing to also cover new flooring and installation for the four yrs.I agree with u.... But the seam should be 100% there should not be missing silicone... Trust me I would love to fill it
Wow yea I agreeI’d fight for the exchange. I have little love for WB, my 4ft 65 gallon bowed considerably and all I got was “it’s within engineering limits”. When I asked about those limits, they said they had to check with the engineer lol. I added a custom eurobrace for $500 to a 2k tank. Ridiculous BS.

Then fill it and get reefing.
Sounds exactly like WB famous customer service. Ill never buy another product from them again.Update on the waterbox tank.... the engineer said the tank is fine and offer me a four year warranty... I said no. I want a replacement tank there saying they don't know if they can send me a new tank... What u guys think
