You paid a premium for a waterbox. You got a poorly mad discount tank. It's very simple. It's not what you paid for. Your correct to expect replacement. Also it should be a 20 year warranty. Not 4. Get a new tank. Good luck.I agree with u.... But the seam should be 100% there should not be missing silicone... Trust me I would love to fill it
That's almost unbelievable that they're going to just eat the entire thing. That's gotta hurt 'em... but good for you! There sending a new tank it ships tomorrow... I have to throw other tank away

Did you tell them that you were discussing the purchase in a very popular online reef keeping forum? Because that would certainly motivate them.
Here's a few pics it looks like the foam pad has been cut on a angle on all corners so maybe that why it looks like thatLooks like a rather lengthy gap in that pic, but its a weird angle. Need another pic or two. Use a flashlight to show length of gap on front and side edge.
Even If the bottom of the tank is not touching the stand... Also stands reads level tank reads not levelThe corner foam is fine. Fill it up and throw some salt in it.
The photo looks like compressed foam in the corner i bet as it gets filled things start looking better.Even If the bottom of the tank is not touching the stand... Also stands reads level tank reads not level
