Waterbox shipping is slow

Your going to wait at lease another month. They kept telling me that "it's shipping soon. You're priority. You're next." I gave up about week 12 and told them to cancel the order and go kick rocks. I went with Innovative Marine and I'm extremely happy with them. Tank took 3 weeks and is a higher quality IMO.

I'm going on week 3 of waiting for my IM 75 EXT to ship. We'll see

Question did they tell u when it was on ship on way. Cause that part alone takes 40 days.

They didn't. I reached out to them on May 19 to get an update of when to expect my tank and they replied that my shipping date was between 5/20 and 6/3. I let them know I was out of town the week of 6/3 and they held up my shipping date to the following week. I got an email with a tracking number on 6/9 and it was delivered by FedEx freight on 6/12.

Can't wait till next month to get mine. Although I wont be filling it up for about another month or 2. Just got my rock to build my aquascape and let it soak in brute can for 2 months

Got a message on Friday that my IM 170 shipped. Expected delivery by the local delivery company next Friday. I hope to get it a week from tomorrow.

Gregory, nice Tank. I also have a WB 380.8 that's new and have a question about yours. I E-mailed WB about it and they never responded which is not surprising. My Tank does not have vertical seam guards at the 4 corners but does have seam guards all around the bottom perimeter. Can you check to see if yours is the same? Very strange that they put them around the bottom but not where most people scrape near the vertical seams.

In case it is helpful to gauge current timing and any improvements, I ordered my Waterbox 190.5 at the end of June. I received a shipping notice about 4 weeks later, and the offered shipping dates were less than 7 days from the notice. I will see what I get on Wednesday of next week, but I was shocked at the speed and responsiveness when I followed up.

Because it probably matters, I ordered before a major holiday and at full price. If you see my other recent threads, Waterbox later honored the July 4 discount when I asked. However, I suspect that I got a shipping window that was before a holiday sale crush.

I am sorry for everyone else who has had shipping problems.
