Waterbox shipping is slow

I still may. I have until the 1 year mark to cancel on my cc. I’ve already been in touch with Citicard and they got photos, they said it’s enough to get a full refund.

The last communication I received from them has a delivery window of 5/12-5/22. From the time I ordered this Aquarium to when I get it assuming they don't change it will be 196 days. There is clearly something very wrong with how this company schedules orders. I'm now concerned about damage and needing a part or getting a part for some item that may have been left off the parts list by accident.

These situations are just weird. There's got to be something else going on. How could I get a custom aquarium faster. Makes no sense.

I also ordered a custom overflow cover after receiving the aquarium and got that in 5 weeks....

Somethings not adding up.

I got the same shipping window for my Infinia Reef 150.4 I ordered on Feb 22nd. It’s the 26th and still haven’t gotten a tracking number

Oh you not getting a tracking number ever they said. They just tell u a window when it will come. Im on week 7 right now and they said next week call and if no date they will put me on high priority and update me every week after lol

Im still buying stuff for it so im not to worried about it coming right now. That was the first time I called them. Im about 10 grand in and still have about 3 more grand worth of stuff to get. But my build is epic and all out. Custom everything. Do it big ! I have a 13.5 evo with about 37 corals my wife bought so they keep my busy till waterbox comes

Waterbox customer service sucks post sale. They respond quickly and attentively prior to the purchase, but once they have your money, it’s unhelpful or useless replies. I won’t recommend them for this reason. Especially when I see Joe from Glass Cages on here, active, and working directly with his customer base.

WB can get F’d. Red Sea can get double F’d.

I’ve have excellent service from eshopps. When I had an issue with my stand they took care of it immediately and even paid for a box of salt when I changed out the stand.

we dont have a lot of options sometimes.

even with a company you think is superior with ***** star customer service, if you ask a standard question , theyll just reply by the book.

I didn't get a email like that i called. They told me I wouldn't be able to track because its coming on a ship so not tracking like regular. They be with that bull$%&@
