Got a Bubblegum digi about 10 days ago, attached it to my rocks with JB WaterWeld. Now it looks like it's starting to die off from the base. Any ideas? Have used Waterweld before with no issue, is it because

it was directly touching the flesh of the coral? And yes those are regular flatworms which I've been sucking out.

Thanks

I’ve never seen folks put water weld directly on corals before. I know WW is reed safe, use it myself, but it gets hot when you combine the 2-parts. Even if it’s underwater, maybe this could play into it?

id be more concerned about how close the corals are, the death could be a result of fighting.

Good point on the heat, I didn't even think about it when I did it. Hopefully it will stop and fully recover. And for the coral warfare, the pic makes them look closer than they are. The torches are several inches clear. Thanks

Got worse overnight, worried it is some sort of fungal infection. Going to cut off the healthy pieces before is fully spreads :(

the euphyllia can stretch tentacles several inches longer than the rest to take out other corals, also the acro looks pretty close too
