How do I know how much flow I need in my tank?

I have a Fiji Cube 32 AIO. The flow from the included pumps in the filtration compartment is relatively strong. My corals all show nice flow- the polyps are moving.

I've been struggling with SPS, and I'm starting to wonder if I don't have enough flow and need to direct a pump directly to my SPS corals. I tested adding Koralia Nano Powerhead (565 GPH). It was WAY too much flow, and I feel like even if I were to cut that in half it would be too much.

That being said, I could find a 100-265 gph power head. But how do I know if that's what I actually need?

Get one that’s controllable such as jebeo rw4 or 8 in which you can increase/decrease flow as needed
