Weird clear tube things growing out of TBS live rock?

Hello new to reefing in general.

Any idea what these clear tubes are that are growing out of my TBS live rock? They seem to be getting longer by the day.

I also have this video of a worm I saw, I haven't been able to identify it at all, but I also haven't seen it since. Is it anything to worry about?

Thank both of you for the prompt replies. Any idea what the worm in the timestamped video is? I just want to make sure I don't have anything that will kill the fish when I add them.

Looks like spinoid worm
Place a dab of gel superglue from the dollar store over the opening and it will starve
