Was scraping my glass when It let go off the magnet and i see some red pink color on it, took a closer look and see some centipede looking crawlers in between the crevace of magnet and glass. Any IDs on the creature? Friend or Foe? Thank you

Definitely looks like an amphipod species. They are good at cleaning leftover food, and a great food source for reef fish. If you shine a flashlight in your tank at night you can usually see them crawling along the sand and rocks.
