Weird RFA

I recently got a RFA a week or 2 ago and from pictures online, his mouth looks super different like its been ripped open. I also fed him once and he ate but refuses to eat again. He’s usually more flat but he doesnt go completely flat like some pictures online. Hes also on the lower light and flow side of the tank (where i plan on making an acan garden). Is this something I should worry about or can I leave it?

Are there any inverts like hermits, shrimp or crabs trying to get to the food you are feeding the anemone? Yes the oral opening is gabbing, which may be a sign of stress.
Have you checked the water chemistry?

I would put it on the rocks, its called a "rock" flower after all.

If you can share details about your tank it will help... water parameters, tank age, type of light, any flow in the tank? What other livestock is in the tank?

I see dirty glass and dirty sand and algae in the pics, it doesn't give good impression of the tank conditions

Water parameters and what are you using to test them?

The tanks has been up for around 3 months now. All the corals are thriving its just the anemone. It is attached to a small rock in the back but it decided to dig itself into the sand. Should I move it or should i let it move in its own? I dont wanna damage its foot by being too forceful.
