Weird spots/blotches on blue tang

Hey guys I have a blue tang in the QT tank it’s doing doing okay and I say okay because it has ich recently bought it from a fish store…however I noticed some patches on the tang and red mark on its tail look at pics for reference…any ideas???? Any help is appreciated

That blue tang looks decent, in my opinion. I don't see anything too concerning. I would just call those bruises or scrapes and monitor while treating for ich. Could be a little HLLE, which is common in tangs, and can sometimes be corrected.

I'll admit I've never seen the word Paravortex. It's not the same as black ich (worms), is it? The fish doesn't seem to have black ich.
