Has anyone ever seen this before? The white around the mouth? I have no idea what it is. The fish acts and eats completely normally. I have had her for about 3 years.

When did it start to show up? Is getting worse or staying the same? Looks almost like a bacterial issue or possibly a tumor. Not Lympho for sure.

Ive seen this when clowns battle as they will lock mouths and have teeth but also when breeding and cleaning rocks. The other would be glass surfing up and down chasing their own reflection. Seeing it with one fish suggests battle scars, and I suggest keeping an eye on them allowing fish to heal if still eating or to prevent infection treating in a separate tank with seachem Neoplex or Tri-sulfa

Gotcha thanks I will keep an eye on it. I’ve seen her cleaning rock before so maybe it is from biting that

I agree, this is caused by mechanical trauma, might be something mild, but repetitive, like glass surfing, or major acute injury, like from lip locking.

Thank you!
