Weird Stringy Alage - 200G Cube

Ive looked at other pictures of alage but couldnt find much similar. Any ideas?

In viewing pictures, surface film and lack of visible circulation indicate poor gas exchange at the surface. Looks like Dinoflagellets on rock.

Please describe your bio filtration and list parameters.
 
Im running two FX6 on this tank, that is a dead spot for circulation where that alage is growing. I have a fan and two exit tubes for the pumps. One broke off a few months back and when I built the tank I didnt have replacement parts in mind so I made in incredibly difficult to get to.

Its gotten crazy this week. Is it dinoflagellates?

yes Dino’s is known for the snotty look, I think you should increase flow
