Weird Torch Skeleton

I bought this torch from a vendor at Aquashella Dallas 2022. It has multiple mouths but looks like a wall torch. I'm not so much concerned about growth, more so just strange skeleton. What is everyone's thoughts?

Wouldn't a wall variant only have 1 mouth?
