My clowns decided the Caulastrea would be their host and are loving all up on it all the time. So far the Caulastrea doesn't seem adversely affected. Still, it's not a wavy coral, and it's not a return nozzle, so no idea why they chose it. Haha, right, so they previously had a return nozzle as their long-term host in the Fluval Evo 13.5g before they got moved to the 40.

What's the weirdest thing your clowns have chosen as hosts?

My Clowns decided to be hosted by a Wellso Coral, despite there being an rBTA in the tank.

It's atually very cute as it looks like they are taking up one large queen bed each taking their own side of the Wellso when lying down. I'll try to get a nice pic of them

Oh yeah he is not really bothered. And yes that is a bta in the back.
"Oh hey, what's that wavy, inviting thing in the back with super safe stingers that don't seem to affect us? Should we check it out?" "Nah, this thing looks like a donut and as you know, nothing drives off predators like a tasty donut!"
