Well after about 12 years

About 12 years out of hobby my kids started a tank and sucked me back in. I had friend moving and gave me and the kids his 150g RR tank along with a TON of stuff.

To be honest I am little overwhelmed with all this stuff. Was wondering if any west valley people up for helping me setup and see what need etc. I live in Goodyear.

One thing missing is a protein skimmer.

Definitely an older tank, first thing would be clean up and leak testing.

lighting isn’t going to cut it for a reef imo. I’m not even sure if they sell those pc bulbs anymore.

you might not need the chiller, but if it works night it be bad to have around.

bioballs in the sump/ that whole sump is an old design. I’m not really sure about it. I don’t really know how it’s supposed to be setup.

So today need work on moving stuff out of my den to make room. My son has a huge LEGO city in my den. Need move all that and 8x6 table. Project in itself.

So looking at stand for tank not sure about it. Some water damage etc.Also not sure this sump will work for this. Might be a bit before need help moving bit. Not sure when can get stand if needed and sump.

You have enough items to get up and running successfully. There will be upgrades down the road, but nothing here to hold you back.

Well might found a stand. I think will need holes for overflows. Not sure in right spot. Not sure if I have hole saws. Want try get stand in tomorrow and tank on stand. Very heavy so not sure yet.
