my 19 year old has flipped his truck , skinned up from head too toe but alive, drinking and driving. his blood level was above 200, the doctor said 80 was oui. come too figure out they sold him beer at the local puffin stop. hope he recovers well and learns a lesson. got a lot on my mine, so had too come here

Ouch we will hope it scared the bageeby's out of him lol, but im sure the puffin stop is hating life right now as well to if your state is anything like Oregon they throw the book at business's that sell to minor's and they are also made responsable for any acciedents incurred from such sales.
well we brought him home this morning, he's got more knots on his head than sugar ray, he dont even know what happen or where it happened at. a mile from the house. thank god know one else was invovled. the cop went straight too puffin stop. bad thing is the cashiers there know us real well, and have kids also. I pray he understands now all the times that we fuzzed about this and sees a turning point in life. alot of people dont get another chance

if the courts don't take away his license.......and he's still dependent on ya'll for a car/insurance and stuff, ya'll should seriously consider taking away those priveleges until he can show he can earn them back.

Very glad he is alive.. sometimes lessons like this can save us from larger mistakes?? I hope :) More familiar numbers in reference to those that you listed as converted are:
.08 to .10 is legally DUI in most states whereas.08 has become the standard
his BAC was at .20 which is very drunk... many people will die of ETOH posioning at about .40

wow, i didn't even realize the conversion on there. i wouldn't be surprised if the court ordered some sort of rehab treatment considering it was that high. and if they don't, you should consider making him do it. if he doesn't want to, i would cut him off if you supply his car/insurance...make him take public transportation until he's clean.

Hey bro sorry to hear about the accident, but hopefully your son can look back in the very near future and say this was the best thing that happened to him. I am glad he he ok and I pray that he will make the right decisions.

Glad to hear that your son is alright. Maybe try and get him to talk to someone who has been in trouble because of DUI's---hopefully he will see that he has been really lucky and won't drink and drive again.
Sorry to hear about the accident but thank God he is alright and hopefully it will teach him a great lesson. Teenagers and young adults seem to forget they are human - and especially with alcohol think they are indestructable. But if they have a close call hopefully they will learn from that . Good luck with him and I hope this will be the last time such a thing happens to your family - it must have been scary!
