well house just got robbed

well me and my family just moved into a new home about two months ago in forsyth county a very nice place in a neighborhood where no stealing goes on well it just a really safe neighborhood and we have dirtbikes and fourwheelers well this past weekend it has been raining so hard outside everything was getting wased away and this morning around 5:30 ish i heard a loud crack sound from out side but i thought it was a fallen tree so when i git up for school i saw my little brothers fourwheeler in the yard and thought that was a little funny but paid no attention to it and my cat wasnt at the door to greet me. so ii come back from school and go to the back shed of my house and my two dirt bikes where gone so i called the police and they came out to investigate and we found my leaf blower behind the bush and so was the fourwheeler and my cat was still not their so we think they stole my two dirtbikes a crf150r RACE BIKE about 3000 and a crf100r about 500 and they stole my love of my life my kitty and they tried two take the little fourwheeler and leaf blower and may have been starteld and left. so we tried to call an investigator group but they wont come to dust finger prints so sorry about my typing im just a little shooken up

so sorry, thats terrible. I know how it feels to have your home violated, it is just one of the worst feelings possible.

I hope you recover the stolen goods and I'm glad no one was hurt!

Wow, sorry about the misfortune. At least it wasn't a home invasion where someone could have been hurt. Any of the bikes insured? Maybe the cat is in hiding over the strangers in the yard.

That sux +1 on pawn shops and police not doing crap! Not to be a downer but our tenants stole our shed, hurricane shutters, law mower, etc...and the cops didn't do diddly. Consider putting up cameras and a security company dvr'ing off site. I hope it doesn't happen again but then their got!

Sorry to hear of the situation, novice guy. I can totally relate.

When my wife and I returned from our honeymoon, I stayed at her place for a few days before going to my place to move my stuff out. Got home, house was broken into and my entire gun collection was gone. As suggested, visit pawn shops, call all the bike shops in the area, etc. You never know...something may turn up.

Luckily my ktm 125sx was basement kept, the quad stayed in the garage though. Our neighbors had 2 quads stolen off a trailer on the side of their house though. Sorry for your loss and good luck, I know how much fun those things are, I raced a few times myself.

Man that seriously sucks, hopefully u atleast can find the cat. Material goods are replaceable but a good friend is not so easy to just move on..... Thankfully no one has ever messed with any of my stuff despite living in a rougher area.... but it doesn't hurt my best buds are my pit/boxer mix and my pit/ cane corso mastiff mix ;)

Keep an eye out on craigslist. When a close friends quad was stolen we "hunted" the local trails for it but it never showed up.Also if you have a "paper shop" type magazine in your area I would also keep an eye on that

unfortunatly when you own nice things, people want to steal them. i really hope the cat turns up as well, i have 3 and couldnt imagine if they were stolen or something..something to consider for the future, i believe you can get small gps tracking chips on the bikes, or worst case put a huge chain with lock around the wheels something that would require a professional to cut through.

oh man, that sucks.. I feel your pain.. Im a musician and my garage got robbed about a month ago and i had about $5,000 worth of music gear stolen. Its heart breaking.. But yours tops it with the kitty!!! Thats just cold hearted...
