I found this dark red soft creature on my live rock. It seems like a bivalve with a tube opening at the top. React to light and contract when I point the flashlight on it. Wonder what is it and is it reef safe?
Thanks.
Here is a video of it.

sea squirt, do you know where the rock was sourced from? this may give an idea as to species

Could be a boring clam mantle as well. There are many species that burrow into rock.
