Werid Thing Found on Live Rock

I found this dark red soft creature on my live rock. It seems like a bivalve with a tube opening at the top. React to light and contract when I point the flashlight on it. Wonder what is it and is it reef safe?

Yes it is stationary! I don’t know if tunicates can move like that tho never kept one before.

sea squirt, do you know where the rock was sourced from? this may give an idea as to species
