What’s on my frogspawn?

Hi Reefers, my frogspawn has been happy but I’m concerned about things I see on its base. I think it’s a green sponge and some bubble algae. I’m unsure about the lines/tubes that are sticking up from the base. I’m also, unsure about the red spots that I saw for the first time when making this video. I don’t think it’s purple algae.

Is it to great of a risk to pull out the frogspawn, scrape the stuff off, and do a 50/50 hydrogen dip? Thanks

Looks like vermitid snails. Superglue the end of the tube closed. The others look like sponges and bubble algae, knock off the bubble algae

Vermitid snails super glue them shut don't let them spread. Basically what 19mateo83 said
